1. Udeblivelse fra aftale vil føre til opkrævning på 100% af den bestilte behandlings pris.
2. Man kan nå at rykke eller aflyse sin aftale senest 24 timer inden aftalens start.
3. Melder man afbud indenfor 24timer af aftalens start opkræves 70% af behandlingens pris.
4. Hvis der er behov for hårvask vil dette blive pålagt behandlingen.
5. Vi ser at man helst er her minimum 5min. Inden aftalens start.

1. Failure to show will lead to a fee equivalent to the appointments price.
2. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment 24hours prior to set time. Failure to do so will also also lead to a fee.
3. If you terminate your appointment within 24hours if your reservation, a fee of 70% of the services cost will be required.
4. Failure to show with freshly cleaned and groomed hair, will lead to an added hair wash to the appointment.
5. We prefer that you show up a minimum of 5min. Before your appointment starts.
